Dear Volvo tuning enthusiasts, welcome to ERST website, here are some hints that may help you to increase the efficiency of your inquiry. Please spend few minutes on reading the paragraphs written below;

How to place an order?

Firstly, please tell us the car part(s) you are interested in, and your vehicle model including the grade and the year.

For example;
Hi, ERST
My car is Volvo S90 2018, T6, R-Design,
I want to buy ***, how much money it takes shipping to***/
I want to ask about ***if it fits my car/

I am in Japan, my postal code (zip code) is 571-0077*
Please give me a quotation including the shipping fee.

Please contact our distributors directly if you are in the following regions; Malaysia, Taiwan, China (mainland),

We can provide you a shipping service through TNT or EMS service.
To do that, at least we need to know your postal codes (zip codes) to check the shipping fee (Except those regions/countries that without postal codes such as Hong Kong.)

Next, we will give you a quotation that shipping fee is included, and how long time it approximately takes for shipping out the cargo.
If we have an agreement with the price of the quotation, we shall move to the payment stage.

How to Pay?

After you have decided the merchandises you are willing to purchase, we will send a bill link into your E-mail, please complete the payment through PayPal as soon as possible.

  • We need your full name, address in detail and phone numbers (fax is optional) after you have decided to purchase our products.
  • You can use your credit card or other methods for the payment. (You don’t have to have a PayPal account.)
  • Real time Japanese currency will be used for checking.
  • We cannot tell you how much money in dollars or any currency except Japanese Yen, since the currency always keeps floating and altering, we cannot take the responsibility if it changes after telling you how much money it takes.
  • Please accept our most sincerely apology, thank you very much for understanding it.
  • We can only get the merchandises prepared for shipping out after the payment has been confirmed.
  • Aero parts are unpainted. *(you can paint it to any color you like.)
  • Some items are custom-made or produced quantitatively; they may take two weeks or even longer to be fully processed.(We will inform you in the inquiry how long it will take by then.)
  • We can provide you the shipping service, but please notice that different types of tax (such as sales tax) will be possibly charged according to different countries laws.
