V60.S60（FB/FD）Version Ⅱ
Designed to use genuine Volvo upper mounts and genuine body bumps, Developed as a suspension kit that can be used to refresh the stock shock and improve ride comfort. The damper adopts a damper made by "KYB" which boasts the world's quality, It is possible to set the normal vehicle height while maintaining the function of lowering the conventional vehicle height. It is a new concept suspension kit that realizes a higher level of ride comfort.

It is a full-length adjustment suspension kit that is exclusive for VOLVO. It also can actualize both lowering-down form and a comfortable driving experience. ERST has been working on passenger's comfortable sensation and low noise issue that are the common problems of lowering vehicles.
The kit makes optimum lowering-down setting possible with the over-all length adjustability while ensuring the high level of comfortable sensation and the excellent handling performance with a 32-step damper adjustment.
The application of genuine upper mount makes the suspension kit as silent as the genuine suspension kit is.

V40（MB/MD）
Suspension kit is one of the most indispensable parts in racing circuits. The ERST RACING has been chosen as a good partner of「BOLD WORLD」for suspension development in Japan. It gives feedback to ERST by plenty of data that accumulated by frequent circuit racings. Such as driving conditions, steering characteristics, tire selection, center of gravity, corner weight, etc. Based on all conditions, the vehicle heights and damping force can be set with preferences. It’s a type of suspension kit that maximizes the potential of V40.
- PILLOW UPPER MOUNT (32 STEPS DAMPING FORCE ADJUSTMENT)
- By using Pillow upper mount adjust technic, the movement of the vehicle bodies are transmitted linearly. Moreover, it accomplishes a precise and excellent setting.

DOWN SUSPENSION
It is developed for the goal that not to simply lowering-down, but also for reaching to supple flexion. It’s designed exclusively for VOLVO, for a more comfortable riding experience. It reduces the rolling during cornering.

- How lower the rear side will go down depends on different grades (engine) vehicles or different methods of installing spacers.
- The thickness of genuine spacers could be different due to different years of production.
- The thickness of rear genuine spacers showing in the table can only be your references, you must actually confirm again in person.
- It is unconfirmed about the optional FOUR-C equipped vehicle.
- For 6mm spring plate(ERST) vehicles, one 1mm and one 5mm spring plates will be attached as accessories.
- For 10mm spring plate(ERST) vehicles, two 5mm spring plates will be attached as accessories.

LOWERRING-KIT
It provides an excellent lowering performance without losing any bit of riding experience. Modes switching button can be used directly without complex procedures. By installing ERST LOWERRING -KIT, it will be about 3 cm heights differences when you switch to each mode, which are "Comfort" "Eco" "Dynamic" "Off Road" modes.
